Generating the Patient List Report for a Medical Condition or Allergy
The Patient List report allows you to generate a list of patients with a specific medical condition or allergy entered in their Patient Folders that had activity during the report period.
A patient is defined as having activity if prescriptions were filled during the report period, or if prescriptions have Performed On Dates that fall within the report period. A prescription can have a Performed On Date that is different than the Fill Date if the prescription has a status of Amend, Amend Next, Cancelled, Hold, or Transferred.
To generate a Patient List report for a medical condition or allergy:

Select More > Reports > Propel Rx Reports.

Highlight the Patient List report.

Select Next.

Enter a Start Date and End Date.

In the Condition field, enter the medical condition or allergy.

To search for a medical condition or allergy:

Select the Search button while your cursor is in the Condition field. The Medical Condition Search window opens.

In the Description field, enter the medical condition or allergy.

Select Search.

Select the matching result.

Select OK.

Complete the other Criteria fields if applicable.

Optional: Select the Sort Options tab to sort the report by the following:

Patient Name
-
Last Activity
-
Rx Volume
-
Rx $ Volume

Select Preview or Print.
